Co-Founder
Rasleen is the driving force of Roots & Roof, with expertise across sales, leasing, and portfolio management. Her deep understanding of Dubai’s evolving property landscape, combined with a relationship-first approach, enables her to guide clients with confidence and integrity through every stage of their real estate journey.
Holding a Diploma in Interior Design and a Bachelor of Arts degree, she is passionate about helping clients find homes and investment opportunities that align with their lifestyle and long-term aspirations. As a co-founder of Roots & Roof, Rasleen is passionate about delivering a highly personalized experience built on transparency, collaboration, and genuine care. Whether assisting first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or families relocating to Dubai, she is committed to going the extra mile to ensure clients make informed decisions and feel supported every step of the way.
Falguni
Co-Founder
Falguni brings over 15 years of international experience across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, with expertise in Human Resources, business transformation, and strategic consulting. Having spent 12 years in the UK before making Dubai her home over a decade ago, she understands firsthand the journey of relocating, investing, and building a life in a new country.
At Roots & Roof, she oversees the firm’s people and culture while actively contributing to the real estate side of the business, helping clients—particularly those relocating from the UK—make informed decisions with confidence. Her experience guiding individuals and organizations through periods of change has equipped her with a consultative approach that translates naturally into real estate. Whether assisting clients relocating from the UK, searching for their ideal home, or exploring investment opportunities in Dubai, Falguni is passionate about helping clients make informed decisions with confidence.
Nitin
Co-Founder
At Roots & Roof, Nitin serves as the Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer, overseeing the firm’s marketing, digital presence, and growth initiatives. His passion lies in connecting strategy with execution, ensuring that the company delivers a seamless and client centric experience while leveraging technology and innovation to better serve its
customers.
Nitin brings over two decades of global technology and entrepreneurial experience, having lived and worked across India, New Zealand, and the UAE. As a technology founder and software architect, he has built and scaled businesses and delivered solutions for organizations including Microsoft, Rolls-Royce, and Westpac. At Roots & Roof, he leads strategy and marketing, helping build a modern, client-centric brand
grounded in trust, innovation, and long-term relationships. He believes that buying a property is more than a transaction—it’s a decision that shapes the future
Megha
Director, Sales
Megha is the Director of Sales at Roots & Roof, overseeing the company’s residential sales and rental divisions. Having relocated to Dubai from New Zealand herself, she understands the journey of moving countries and the importance of finding not just a property, but the right place for the whole family to call home.
With a strong understanding of Dubai’s diverse communities and neighbourhoods, Megha takes a holistic approach to helping families make the right property decision. She looks beyond the home itself, considering factors such as lifestyle, commute, community, amenities, and most importantly, the needs of the family. Her in-depth knowledge of Dubai’s schools further enables her to guide families towards areas that offer the right environment for their children and their future.
